How to apply:

For maximum benefits, drink a cup of hot water, apply roller generously, rolling on in a circular motion over the whole abdomen and massage in a clockwise direction.

Inhale deeply after each application. Reapply up to 5 times per day, throughout the day. Best avoided during pregnancy and while breast-feeding. Patch test is advisable. In case of skin irritation, wash off the oil immediately. Not recommend for children under 8 years old.
