How to apply: For maximum benefits, apply roller generously, rolling on in a circular motion to over the upper abdomen, hip and the lower end of the spine, massage gently.

Do not apply near eyes and avoid any form of contact with eyes!

Inhale deeply after each application. Reapply up to 5 times per day, throughout the day. Best avoided during pregnancy and while breast-feeding. Patch test is advisable. In case of skin irritation, wash off the oil immediately. Not recommend for children under 8 years old.
